The answer is yes—absolutely.

This lofted garage is built with treated floor joists on 12″ centers and a 3/4″ tongue-and-groove floor, making it strong enough to confidently support vehicles, equipment, and heavy storage. We wouldn’t build it any other way. For customers who prefer, this building can also be delivered fully assembled without a floor and set directly on your concrete slab.

This display building is located at our Hampton, Nebraska location and includes a built-in workbench along with a 10″ gable overhang, adding both functionality and enhanced curb appeal. You can purchase this exact display building or custom order one just like it with your preferred options, colors, and layout.
