The purpose of this policy is to clearly communicate the permit responsibilities of the landowner/customer when purchasing a building or other service from NE Sheds and Mid-America Structures. Permits may depend on customer location, municipality, and a variety of other factors.
NE Sheds and Mid-America Structures is not responsible for building permits and homeowners association (HOA) rules and covenants. It is up to the customer to get permits prior to placing an order. Customers should be aware of any setbacks and right of ways on their property. Customers will incur charges if Mid-America Structures has to come back and move a building.
