“Out of stock” doesn’t mean all hope is lost…

This particular building might be accounted for, but that doesn’t mean you’re out of options. Let’s see if we can find the same building at another location, a building that’s similar, or explore a custom-built solution.

12×20 Portable Cabin for Sale in Wisner, Nebraska

Create space for your next getaway, backyard office, or hobby retreat with this 12×20 Portable Cabin at NE Sheds in Wisner, Nebraska. Built by Mid-America Structures, this cabin combines a welcoming covered porch with an unfinished interior you can customize to fit your plans.

All of our new cabins now come standard with dual-pane windows. These windows provide natural light and improved insulating performance compared with single-pane windows, making them a valuable feature as you plan your interior finish.

This particular cabin also includes spray foam insulation under the floor and a moisture barrier on the sidewalls. The underfloor spray foam helps reduce heat transfer and air leakage through the floor assembly, while the sidewall moisture barrier adds protection against moisture intrusion.

With 8-foot walls and a 4-foot covered front porch, the Portable Cabin offers comfortable interior height and a sheltered place to relax outdoors. Whether you’re planning a hunting cabin, lake retreat, creative studio, or backyard workspace, this building provides a versatile starting point.
