- 10′ wide garages are priced with a 8’x7′ rollup door
- 12′ wide and wider are complete with a quality paneled 9’x7′ door.

- Painted buildings receive 3 coats of paint
- Roofing underlayment
- 40 Year metal roof or 30 year architectural shingles
