Permits Policy: NE Sheds

The purpose of this policy is to clearly communicate the permit responsibilities of the landowner/customer when purchasing a building or other service from NE Sheds and Mid-America Structures. Permits may depend on customer location, municipality, proposed building, and a variety of other factors.

NE Sheds and Mid-America Structures are not responsible for building permits and homeowners association (HOA) rules and covenants. It is up to the customer to get permits prior to placing an order. Customers should be aware of any setbacks and right of ways on their property. Customers will incur charges if NE Sheds or Mid-America Structures have to come back and move a building due to permit issues.
